ABOUT THE PROGRAMS
Réseau Capital’s students mentoring program and young professionals mentoring program are two initiatives of the New Generation committee.
The students mentoring program aims to bring together students with a passion for venture capital and private equity with professionals working in the sector, based on their mutual interests and the needs of both parties.
The young professionals program aims to facilitate the professional development of the next generation of the investment capital community.
Students program
Who is this program for?
To all students who wish to develop knowledge and plan a career in private equity / venture capital industry.
Prerequisite:
- To be registered as a student in a Quebec university in fields or subject related to the private equity industry: corporate finance, business management, sustainable finance, business law, MBA, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. (For law students: to have completed their 1st year of law school and have an interest in business law.)
- Fill out the registration form.
Young professionals program
Who is this program for?
All young industry professionals, involved in the ecosystem, who want to accelerate their development, better plan their careers and perform better in their roles.
Prerequisites:
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 15 years professional experience in private equity or related sectors.
- Be between 25 and 40 years of age.
- Demonstrated involvement in the Quebec private equity ecosystem:
- Mentor in the student mentoring program
- Member of a Réseau Capital committee
- Any other person recognized for his or her involvement in the community.
- Complete the registration process.
